Mrs. Merle Jeanett Griffin, age 78, of Conecuh County community passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Baptist South in Montgomery.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 24, 2015 at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Lambert officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Old Town Cemetery
Mrs. Griffin is prededed in death by her parents James Curtis and Brownie O’Ferrell, her daughter Shirley Ann Griffin and son Darrell Wayne Griffin.
Survivors include her husband William JR Griffin of McKenzie, sons Kenneth (Clarice) Griffin of Pike Road, Darrell (Stephanie) Griffin of McKenzie, daughter Audrey Griffin of Prattville, brothers James Buddy O’Ferrell of McKenzie, Wayne O’Ferrell of New Brockton, sisters Katheryn Milton of Hope Hull, Sibyl Bradfield of Ohio, grandchildren Mandy (Scott) Baker, Whitney(Ben) Hawk, Heather(Jonathan) Booth, Travis Griffin, great grandchildren Ella Baker, Emma Baker, Avery Hawk and Gunner Hawk.
