Funeral service Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Ave.

Visitation one hour prior to the services.

Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers her family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati
