Shelva Thomas Abbott, 91, of Highland Heights, KY passed away April 21, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, Kentucky.
He had served in the United States Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife Reba Abbott in 2013.
He leaves behind his daughter Brenda (Steve) Prince and a son Dale (Pam) Abbott; 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
His siblings Clinton, Oran and Chester Abbott and Velma Acton and Marie Smith all preceded him in death.
A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria on Friday, April 24, 2015 from 10 am - 1 pm, with services starting at 1 pm and burial following at Alexandria Cemetery.
