Rustemeyer; son, Richard M. Cosel, Jr.; four devoted grandchildren, Elizabeth A. May, John D. Cosel, Debora A. Rustemeyer and Michele Cosel; and her first great-grandson, Elliott Frances Rustemeyer Brown. Services were held at 3 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2006, with burial in Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements by Bennett Funeral Home in Richmond, VA.
