~*~ Special Thanks to Debra Graves Dawson for sponsoring Acie's memorial, you are a Earth Angel Debra, your kindness means so much ~*~ Birth 1916 ( Graveyard Headstone has born 1917 ) Funeral Services for Acie Leonard Brewer, 50, who was killed last Tuesday morning when hit by an automobile as he alighted from a truck in front of his home about a mile North of Buffalo on Highway 61, were held Thursday morning at the Otter Creek Separte Baptist Church. Interment was in the Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eva Atwell Brewer, seven daughters, Mrs. Lela Brewer Davis, Mrs. Nellie Brewer Allen, Mrs. Sue Brewer Nelson,and Mrs. Edna Brewer Pring, all of Louisville Ky. Fay Brewer, and Judy Brewer at home, and Mrs. Vernie Brewer English of Greensburg Ky. Three sons : Everett Brewer and Floyd Brewer, both of Louisville Ky, and Monroe Brewer at home. Sixteen grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Howard ( Lou Vina Brewer) Hash ,of this county, and Mr. Jesse Brewer of Brooks Ky. One sister perceded him in death Mattie Ermine Brewer Pierce. Mr. Brewer resided on the farm of V.H. Towles Jr, near Buffalo Ky, where he was employed.
