Lyle James Spence, 46, of 2807 West First street, died yesterday in a Duluth hospital. He was born in Duluth, and lived in Duluth the last seven years. He was employed 20 years as a salesman with Standard Brands, Inc. Surviving are his wife, Harriet; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Spence, St. Paul; a brother, Vernon, St. Paul, and four sisters, Mrs. John Greengard, White Bear; Mrs. Leonard McCann, St. Paul, and the Misses Beverly and Yvonne Spence, St. Paul.
