He loved to do a lot of things, his favorite was to cook, eat, cook some more, and then eat some more. He loved to watch the "food network" when he was home. And then he could try to make all the dishes he saw "Emeril" made with seafood. He also loved to talk about his adventures in alaska. He would always bring home his camera and show all of his pictures and the movies he made while he was out on the Seabrooke. I think he was happiest when he was talking about those he worked with and his job. He loved talking about the season went and how hard it was, but it was something he loved to do. In fact, I think he was most proud of talking about his time in alaska and the time he spent with his "family" there."
