Mrs. Howard Rudd is Victim of Poisoning
Mrs. Agnes C. Rudd, wife of Howard Rudd, 1693 Lincoln Avenue died Wednesday in a local hospital as the result of poisoning. Dr. Arthur P. Clark, coroner, was summoned and is investigating. Mrs. Rudd who has been in poor health for two years was born in Frankfort, June, 1892, daughter of the late James and Catherine Finnerty. She attended Frankfort schools and was active in her circle there.
On April 13, 1925, she married and came to this city. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church.
Mrs. Rudd is survived by four brothers, Thomas Finnerty, Richfield Springs; James Finnerty, Frankfort; and Francis and Eugene Finnerty, Utica; two sisters, Mrs. Lea Johnson and Mrs. William Wagner, one nephew William Wagner, Jr and one niece Rita Wagner, Ilion.
