Mary Margaret Mossburg, our precious mother, 89, of Boyds, MD, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
She was the wife of the late William H. Mossburg Sr.
Born on December 19, 1925, in Wheaton, MD, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Lily (Bradeycamp) Rogers
Mary was a member of the Barnesville Baptist Church.
She is survived by 1 son, Billy Mossburg of Barnesville, MD; 3 daughters, Judy Wright and husband Ralph of Darnestown, MD, Sherry Morrison and husband Bill of Dickerson, MD, Sally Buffington and husband Richard of Keymar, MD, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Kitty Dohne Clevenger; 3 brothers, Clarence, Claude and Raymond Rogers and 3 sisters, Emma Mossburg, Ethel Pleasants and Lil Driggers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00- 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Hilton Funeral Home, 22111 Beallsville Rd. (Rt. 109), Barnesville, MD (hiltonfh.com), where funeral services will be held on Friday, May 1, at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Darnestown Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Darnestown, MD.
