He was the beloved husband for 19 years of Vivianne L. (Hoke) Ilgenfritz and the beloved father of his daughter, Holly.
He is also survived by step sons, Dan and Brandon Krill; four brothers, Terry, Brad, Barry, and Lester Ilgenfritz; and sister, Bessie Anderson. He is preceded in death by a sister, Diane McLaughlin. Bayard retired from Tyco.
He graduated from Eastern York High School and was a member of Zion U.M. Church, East Prospect.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Zion U.M. Church, 1 N. Main St., East Prospect, with Rev. Albert Horst officiating. A viewing will be Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Burial will be in St. Paul's (Wolf's) Church Cemetery. Arrangements by the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, York.
