LeRoy K. Christiansen, age 81, of 2713 Clover Road, Manitowoc, passed away Wednesday evening, April 29, 2015 at Shady Lane Nursing Care Center of Manitowoc.

LeRoy was born on December 20, 1933 in Shawano County, son of the late Kjelmar and Genevieve (Wincentsen) Christiansen. He was a 1951 graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School. LeRoy served in the U.S. Army from October 10, 1953 until August 13, 1955. On July 5, 1958 LeRoy was married to Audrey E. Denk in Manitowoc. LeRoy was a plumber in Manitowoc for over 58 years. He was a member of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church and the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local #400 for over 58 years. LeRoy enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife: Audrey Christiansen, Manitowoc; 2 sons and daughters-in-law: Kelly (Carol) Christiansen, Newton; Scott (Linda) Christiansen, Manitowoc; 1 daughter and son-in-law: Lynn Christiansen and Ed Olson, Saukville; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law: Donald (Dorothy) Christiansen, Whitelaw; Jack (Marcia) Christiansen, Manitowoc; 4 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law: Janet Allen, Highland, IN; Pat Meulemans, Manitowoc; Karen (Bruce) Hansen, Manitowoc; Dorothy (Van) Neff, Manitowoc; Jerry Aulik, Manitowoc; 2 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters-in-law: LeRoy (Laverne) Denk, Two Rivers; Dennis (Marion) Denk, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Kjelmar and Genevieve Christiansen; 1 sister: Nancy Aulik; 1 brother: Robert Christiansen; 4 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters-in-law: James Allen; Jack Meulemans; Jeanette (Orville) Radandt; Wilfred (Shirley) Denk.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church, 3209 Meadow Lane, Manitowoc. The Rev. Robert Kujawski and Rev. Stephen Melso will officiate with burial to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the church on Friday (TODAY) from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
