He was born December 12, 1937 in Duchesne, Utah to Ray and Erma Clayburn Thomas. He married Ann Schocker Aug. 13, 1966. He graduated from Tabiona High School. He was a very skilled carpenter and built homes in Salt Lake City and the Uintah Basin.He is survived by his wife, Ann; two sons and two daughters, Ray Alan and Kandi Ann, Darin Ace, Tiffany Allison, and Kara Joan Thomas; two grandchildren, Jamie Lynn and Shad Ray; mother, Erma, brother and sisters, Craig Thomas, Renae Wright, Alta Giles. He was preceded in death by a son, Ryan Craig and father, Ray.
Funeral services at 1 p.m., Friday, June 2nd, at the Tabiona Ward LDS Church. Friends may call at the church Friday 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Burial in the Tabiona Cemetery under the direction of the Hullinger Olpin Mortuary/Roosevelt.
