Church Services for Nina Mae Patterson, 76, of Paducah will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday May 7, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Paducah with Bobbie Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories in Paducah under the direction of Zapata Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 6, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Patterson passed from this life on May 2, 2015 in Paducah. Nina was born on January 28, 1939 in Paris, Texas to Henry Floyd and Ruby Lee Clement Patterson.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Antioch Baptist Church. She is survived by her children: Willie Patterson and wife Betsy of Paducah, and Gloria Richardson and husband Jeff of Paducah. Five sisters: Johnnie Mae Ainsworth of Paducah, Lucille Patterson of Lubbock, Helen Patterson of Altus,Ok., Rosie Lee Harris of Lubbock, and Dorothy Lee Patterson of Amarillo. One brother: Roy Floyd Patterson of Paducah. Seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Henry Floyd and Ruby Lee Patterson, and three brothers: Moe Patterson, Robert Willie Patterson, and James Patterson.
