She was born to John and Margaret Lyford.
Norma retired from the Lassen Union School District as a Bus Driver in 1993 and moved to Union, Oregon. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed working in her yard, cooking, camping, hunting, fishing, and dancing. Norma was known as Mom to many and loved by all.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Marty Sr.; sons, Marty Jr. (Susan) of Kasilof, Alaska and John (Debbie) of Union, Oregon; daughters, Shirley of Union, Oregon and Shiela (Bob) of Westwood; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Judy (Dave) Thomas of Grass Valley; aunt, Janice Chamberlain of Red Bluff; six nephews; and numerous cousins and friends.
Graveside services were held.
