Sarah Isabelle Meece Wright, 100, Somerset, Route 6, died Wednesday at Crestview Rest Home following a long illness.
She was born in Pulaski County on October 25, 1871, a daughter of Green Meece and the former Hannah Dykes, both deceased.
She was married to John Wesley Wright in 1888 in Pulaski County, and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Vester of Somerset, Route 3 and Lee of Somerset; and two daughters, Lillian Hargis of Somerset and Estelle Edwards of Long Beach, California.
She was a housewife and a member of the Mt. Victory Christian Church.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company with Rev. L.D. Fisher and Rev. Ewell Hargis officiating. Burial will be in the Whetstone Cemetery.
