Loretta M. Behnke, 77, of the Town of Oconto, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 3, 2015. She was born to the late Lawrence and Anna (Powell) Ahrens February 25, 1938. Loretta married Arnold Behnke October 19, 1957. The couple owned and operated a registered Holstein Dairy Farm for many years. Arnold preceded her in death October 30, 1992.Loretta was a member and taught Sunday School at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Lena for over 30 years. She was a member and officer of the Home and Community Education Association of Oconto County for decades. Loretta had also been supervisor for the Oconto County Fair and enjoyed needle work and quilting.Loretta is survived by 6 children, Kevin (Wendy) Behnke, Lynn (John) Ritter, Darwin (Chris) Behnke, Lori Behnke, Wade (Jackie) Behnke, Zane (Bridget) Behnke, 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
