LAND WARRANTS, of 160 acres each were this morning received by Thos. Maxwell, Esq., for the following persons, who were engaged in the Dansville expedition, in January, 1814: Jesse Mitchell, Sergeant; Richard Hatfield; Lucy Lyon, widow of Jesse Lyon; James Husted, Sergeant; Zeviah, widow of Wm. Maxwell; Phineas Catlin, Sergeant; Jesse Carpenter, Captain. Elmira Gazette (Havana Journal, Havana, Schuyler County, New York, Saturday, June 27, 1857).
