Among those who preceded him in death are his parents, Guy Tallent, Mary and Charles Clemons. He was a shriner and a member of the Willis Stewart Masonic Lodge 224 and owner operator of A & S Towing.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Stephanie Hall Tallent; son, Aaron Thomas Tallent; sisters, Lori Vance (Andy), Christy Matthews (Michael), Tina Goolsby; brother, Tom Clemons (Dixie), Jim Clemons and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. on Saturday in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road use John Harper entrance) with burial Highland Memorial Gardens in Mt. Washington. Friends may pay their respects from 2-8 p.m. on Friday and after 9 a.m. on Saturday at Schoppenhorst.
