Martha J Cameron, of Petoskey died May 5, 1989, at Little Traverse Division, Northern Michigan Hospitals.
Funeral was 2 p.m. today (Monday) at the Stone Funeral Home, Petoskey. The Rev. David Behling officiated and burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, Petoskey.
The former Martha J. Jacko was born Sept. 15, 1896, at Horton Bay, the daughter of John and Susan (Lanzo) Jacko. She grew up and attended school in, Mt. Pleasant.
Mrs. Cameron worked for the Petoskey Portland Cement Co­ (more recently called Penn-Dixie Cement Co.) for a number of years and in 1945 she moved to Lansing where she worked for the Olds Hotel for 16 years, retiring in 1961. She then moved to Petoskey in 1962.
She is survived by: one daughter, Joann Cameron of Petoskey; seven grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Ernest and Raymond.
