Janet C. Duellman, age 75, a Manitowoc resident, died on Friday afternoon, May 8, 2015 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.
She was born on November 30, 1939 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Arthur and Emma (Schmikel) Dethlefsen. On November 26, 1960 Janet married James "Archie" Duellman at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on January 28, 1995.
Janet enjoyed shopping, birds, bird houses, going up north to the cottage, dogs and cats, especially her 2 cats "Oreo" and "Callie".
Survivors include her children and their spouses: Tammy & Stephen Kohlbeck, Manitowoc; Scott "Skip" (Shelly) Duellman, Manitowoc; Sherri (John) Robinson, Newton; seven grandchildren: Eric (Amanda) Kohlbeck, Cassandra Kohlbeck and her special friend Joshua Balde, Ashley Duellman and her special friend Daniel Fabian, Chelsey Duellman, Cameron Duellman, Courtney Robinson, Cayla Robinson; three great grandchildren: Jayden Kohlbeck, Colton & Jaxon Fabian; two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law: Arlene Miller, CA; Eddie Duellman, Cleveland; Janice Wagner, Manitowoc; and her special friend Phyllis Klessig, Cleveland. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Janet was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Deacon Alan Boeldt with burial to follow services at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at 11:00 a.m.
