WAS MEMBER
OF PIONEER FAMILY WHICH SETTLED IN LINCOLN TOWSHIP

Mrs. Cecilia Harrison,
former well known resident of Lincoln township, died in a hospital in Sioux City
Thursday after a sickness of a year. Mrs. Harrison had resided in Sioux City
since 1911.

She was born near Kalamazoo, Mich., and when she was twenty years
of age came to Plymouth county and in later years moved to Sioux City.

She is
survived by two sons, Victor Harrison, of Sioux City, and Russell Harrison, of
Hinton, and two brothers, Earl Corkins, of Sioux Falls, S. D., and Fred Corkin,
of South Dakota.

The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the
Wesley Methodist church in Sioux City, Rev. J. E. Feller officiating, and
interment was made in the Lincoln township cemetery.

Celia Elsie Calkins was the daughter of of Ashael Calkins and Rhoda Ann Radford. She married Fred "Keg" Harrison on December 24, 1878 in Plymouth County, Iowa.
