Mr. Harlow served in the U.S. Army during World War II with the 129th Infantry Company C and was awarded the Silver Star. He was a member of American Legion Post 33. He was retired from Libby-Owens-Ford after 45 years of employment.
He is survived by a son, Gary (Ann) Harlow of Ottawa; by a daughter, Nancy Hudkins of Oswego; by four grandchildren, Trevor Harlow, Tanya Thompson, Paul Hudkins, and Brent Hudkins; by sever great-grandchildren; by a brother, Elmer (Ruth) Harlow of Kinsman; and by a sister, Katherine Abbey of Streator.
A sister, Margie Strickland, died previously.
