Born to Eternal Life on January 31, 2010, age 80 years. Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Dorn) for 57 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Nettie and Charles Tutaj. Loving father of Kim (Ed) Schultz and Jill (Steve) Koslo. Proud Papa to Sarah, Samantha and Zachary. Dear brother of Elizabeth (the late Robert) Miech and the late Joann (Gerald) Justin. Also survived by Shirish, Datta and Saumil Mehta, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Dan spent the majority of his career at Allis Chalmers. He retired from Harnischfeger in 1994 as senior vice president of Quality Assurance. He was the founder and president of The Achievement Group. Dan also served in the Air National Guard for 2 years. He was elected to the West Allis School Board for 9 years, serving as president from 1976-1979. He was a red coat volunteer at West Allis Memorial Hospital for 5 years. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes.
