illie Lucille Chilton, 84, of Greensboro went Home to be with the Lord and her Family Monday December 1, 2014.
Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday December 5, 2014 at the Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park.

A Guilford County native, Mrs. Chilton was a faithful member of Rocky Knoll Baptist Church where she was a Children's Sunday School teacher, and Loved the Lord. She was also a avid Gardner who loved working in her flower beds and going to the beach with her family. She was and is the best mother a son could ask for and will be missed dearly. She is a precious Grandma and Nana. We are all so blessed to have had her in our lives and she will be in our hearts forever.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert W. Chilton and her son Donald A. Chilton, Sr.

Mrs. Chilton is survived by her loving son Kenneth L. Chilton and his wife Pam, Steve Chilton and his wife Carol, grandchildren Donald A. Chilton, Jr and wife Jenny, Gary L. Chilton and wife Jenny, Jennifer C. Ridgeway and husband Chris, John Chilton, Jay Chilton, Drue Chilton, great grandchildren Caleb, Haley, Erica, Julie and Dallas.

The family will receive friends 7-9 pm Thursday.
