Gladyce was born January 9, 1932 in Farwell, Nebraska to Harry and Clara (Ignowski) Wysocki. She grew up in Farwell, on the family farm, and graduated from Farwell High School. Gladyce married Aledoris “Al” Dzingle on September 9, 1950 in Elba, Nebraska. He preceded her in death April 12, 2009. The couple purchased a farm in Loup City, NE and she helped on the farm. They moved from Loup City and briefly lived in Omaha. They moved from Omaha to Fremont and resettled on a farm, having a small hog and cattle operation over the years, while Al worked for the Nebraska Department of Roads. Gladyce lived in Gretna from 2010 to 2014 and then moved to Papillion.
She is a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont. She helped with baking for the church. She also loved to cook and bake for events, and especially enjoyed cooking a “big spread” for every holiday. She loved to fish and was a member of Fremont Anglers. She loved her flower gardens and her dog, Angel.
She is survived by sons, Bernard and wife, Debbie of Altamont, New York, Steve of Fremont, Jerry and wife, Ann of Omaha, Nebraska and Daron and wife, Marna of Fremont; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Rosanna Marie Dzingle; and brothers, Gaylen and Dallas Wysocki.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, May 22, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fremont. The Rev. Father Benjamin Boyd will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5 PM to 8 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.
Memorials may be directed to American Heart Association or the American Stroke Association."
