She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William "Bill" Emmett Sherrod Sr.; daughter, Penny; son, "Wes"; and sisters, Pachola and Waydeen. She is survived by: Her children, Linda Robinson and husband, A.C., Martha Simmons, Beth Beason and husband, Andy, Edie Frizzell and husband, Mike, John Sherrod and wife, Dot, Patti Powell and husband, Danny, Greg Sherrod and wife, Renee; 28 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
