Of Ellisville, Missouri, formerly of Herculaneum, Missouri passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. She was born December 31, 1931 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri the daughter of the late Lillian (nee Ernst) and Eugene Nanney.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband William David "Bill" Dix, Jr., sister Lillian (the late Thomas) Leitterman and brothers Francis J. (Virginia survives) Nanney and Eugene Nanney.

She is survived by daughter Tina (Paul) Wesley of Ballwin, brother Robert (Rita) Nanney of Festus, Missouri, granddaughter Brittany (Brandon) Hartloge of Ballwin, grandson Brandon Wesley of Ft. Collins, Colorado and numerous friends at The Fountains of West County.

She was a former cook at Herculaneum High School. In recent years, she made her home at The Fountains of West County. She loved Jesus with all her heart and is now rejoicing in Heaven. [Vinyard Hillcrest Funeral Home]
