Lloyd Frank Funeral Set

The funeral of M. Lloyd Frank, 72, one-time treasurer of Meier & Frank Co. and brother of Aaron M. Frank, the firm's president, will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Finley's Rose Chapel. He died Sunday.

Mr. Frank, who retired in 1931, had been living in Palm Springs, Calif. He became fatally ill while spending the summer in Portland and died in a Portland hospital.

His former estate, Fir Acres, in the Dunthorpe section, now is the campus of Lewis and Clark College. His family asked that any remembrance be made to local hospitals.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Orphia Frank, and two daughters by a former marriage, Mrs. Leslie Sherman, and Mrs. Lew Russell, Jr., both of Portland.

Private burial service will be in Temple Beth Israel Cemetery.
