Bruce E. Ratsch, age 44, of rural Valders, died Saturday, July 29, 1995, at Oconto Falls, the result of a drowning accident at Kelly Lake. He was born July 20, 1951, at Green Bay, son of Emma Koepp Ratsch and the late Richard Ratsch. He was a 1969 graduate of Seymour High School. Bruce was employed in construction as a Millwright for the Milwaukee Carpenter's Union. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include his fiancee, Dawn Brunette; three sons, Toby, Ryan, and Tyler Ratsch, all of Valders; two daughters, Keri and Kelly Ratsch, both of Valders; his mother Emma Ratsch, Seymour; one sister and brother-in-law, Vicky and Butch Torres, Oklahoma; Dawn's children, David, Shasta, and Jeremy Brunette. He is further survived by a special aunt and uncle, Arthur and Hilda Koepp, Seymour, one niece, one nephew, other aunts and uncles, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father.

The date, time and location of the Memorial Service for Bruce will be announced later by Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders. Cremation will have taken place.
