Services for Mrs. Ida Charlsie Johnson, 75, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Oakley-Metcalf Chapel with Rev. Billy Gilbert officiating and burial in the Blue Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson, of 618 N. 4th St., Lufkin, died Monday in a Lufkin hospital. Born in Nacogdoches County, she had lived most of her life in Lufkin. She was a homemaker and a member of the Word of Life Teaching Center.

Survivors include ..
* Sons: Harold Whitworth of Edgewood, Carl Whitworth of Pueblo, CO., Grady Whitworth and Bennie Whitworth, both of Lufkin and Vernis of Houston
* Daughters: Willie Dee Crandell of Huntsville, Ola Griffith of Houston, Mildred Whitworth of Etoile and Betty Watson and Bonnie Rhoudes, both of Lufkin
* Sister: Dora Palmer of Houston
* 30 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Grandsons serving as pallbearers include Marvin Howard, Grady Whitworth II, Steven Griffith, Albert Whitworth, Carl Whitworth Jr. and Nathan Whitworth.

Sons-in-law serving and honorary pallbearers are Delbert Griffith, Bill Rhoudes and Richard Crandall.
