Helen A. Honadle Reilly, 86, of McMurtry Towers, Lincoln Avenue, Vandergrift, died today (May 17, 1989) at 5:30 A.M. in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, Harrison, where she had been a patient since May 10.
She was born April 23, 1903, in Brookville, and had lived in Vandergrift since 1921.
Mrs. Reilly was a cashier for the former Caris Market and Byers Store, both in Vandergrift.
She was a member of St. Gertrude's Roman Catholic Church. Vandergrift, and the church Rosary-Altar Society.
Survivors include two daughters. Mrs. Blair (Dorothy) Klugh of Leechburg and Helen Schmiech of Vandergrift; two sons, Lawerence J. Reilly of Concord Calif., and Robert E. Reilly of Oklahoma Borough; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George B. and Mary Louise Rowe Honadle; her husband, Lawrence John Reilly in 1949; a son John Bernard Reilly; two brothers; and five sisters.
Friends may call today from 7 to 9 P.M. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m. in the Brady-Cline Funeral Home, 429 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift, where a parting prayer service will be conducted Friday at 9:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 A.M. in St. Gertrude Church. Burial will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Allegheny Township.
