Agnes Elizabeth nee: Burianek Ryan, age 86, Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister and Aunt, of St. Paul, passed peacefully on September 23, 2012.
During her final years, she was a devoted parishioner of The Church of the Assumption. Throughout her entire life, Agnes was a loving mother, devoted homemaker, caring friend and a woman of deep faith.
Agnes grew up, the youngest of 7, worshiping at Saint Stanislaus Catholic Church. She married Richard (Dick) Ryan and together they raised 7 children while attending Saint Pascal Baylon Catholic Church.
Agnes is survived by her children, Catherine Rodgers, Mary (Joe) Dirksen, Michael (Ellen), Timothy (Pam), Bernadette (Terry) Mackey, Laurence (Amy), and Joan (Duane) Goldammer; 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and brother, Frank (Delores) Burianek. Also many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, parents and five sisters.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the dedicated staff of St. Joseph's Hospital (Unit 3500) for their loving and compassionate care. We thank Fr. O'Gara and all of the caring friends at Assumption Parish for their prayers and support.
We would also like to express our thanks for all the help, compassion and care by Agnes' dear friends as well as the staff of the Wellington Senior Living Apartments during her years at that residence.
