Kathy was born July 1, 1958 in Columbus, GA to John D. Godwin and Dorothy D. Rowl Godwin. She had worked with Doctors Hospital in Columbus, GA and was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting, needle work, traveling, especially visiting the mountains, family, and she was a Daddy's girl.
