LOGAN--Mrs. Frank (Carrie L.) Brooks, 73, died in the Villa Hope Nursing Home in Columbus, Tuesday.
The daughter of Thomas and Ollie Middleton McDonald, she lived most of her life in Logan.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Logan.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Betty Bailey, Rockbridge Route 1; Mrs. Mary Nell Pert, Wellston; and Misses Bonnie Jean and Dorothy Ann Brooks, both of Columbus; one son, Frank Jr., of Columbus; one sister, Mrs. Nellie Blackston, Logan; two brothers, George and Ralph McDonald, both of Logan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, a brother and a sister.
The body will be in state at the Nazarene Church in Logan from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday and services will be held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Roy Klingler officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Heinlein Funeral Home Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
