Mrs. Elizabeth Allen Ferugson of 202 Waynoka Lane died at Baptist Hospital at 9:10 a.m. yesterday. She was 43. A Memphian 19 years, Mrs. Ferguson was a member of the Green Lawn Garden Club and had worked with the City Beautiful Commision for many years. She was born and reared in Lenoir, N.C. Mrs. Ferguson was a member of McLean Baptist Church. Her husband, Rhea W. Ferguson, is employed at the Luciann Theater. She leaves her husband; two sons, Paul Allen Ferguson and Daniel Thomas Ferguson, both of Memphis; a daughter, Mrs. Claude T. Davis of Charlotte, N.C.; her mother, Mrs. Myra T. Allen of Memphis; two sisters, Mrs. Frank G. Toler of Asheboro, N.C., and Mrs. Roberta Beane of Greensboro, N.C.; and two brothers, Austin N.
