JERRY RICHARSON, EX - RAILROADER, DIES - Funeral services for Jerry E Richardson, 75 years old, who died Sunday in West 10th Street Veterans Administration Hospital, will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday in Robert W Stirling Funeral Home. Burial will be in Acton Cemetery. Mr Richardson, 9330 Southeastern Avenue, was a native of Covington, Ky, and had lived in the Indianapolis area 40 years. He was a retired car inspector for the New York Central Railroad and retired 10 years ago after 33 years of service. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include the widow, Mrs Opal Richardson; three daughters, Mrs Betty Raybourn of Wanamaker, Mrs Pauline Cooper of Greenfield and Mrs Iona Wineberg of Indianapolis; two sons, Glen Richardson of Anderson and Jay Richardson of Greenfield; two brothers and three sisters, all of Kentucky; eight grandchildren and three great - grandchildren.
