Pauline Garren Guice, 91, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 1, 2015. She was born on January 2, 1924 in Hendersonville, NC to parents, Edward Lucious Garren and Bertha (Maxwell) Garren. Pauline was self-employed as a beautician for 45 years. Mrs. Guice enjoyed playing dominoes, using her iPad and going camping with her family. She was a resident of Green Cove Springs for the past 5 years and was a member of Fleming Island United Methodist Church. Mrs. Guice was a much loved mother and Little Nanny who will be dearly missed by all who loved her. Survivors include her daughters, Glenda Esco and Diane Arnett; 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Reverend Ryan Hall officiating. Visitation will be in the chapel one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home, 501 Spring St., Green Cove Springs, FL
