TAYLORVILLE - George B. Hancock, 87, of rural Taylorville, died at 8:05 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Memorial Hospital in Taylorville.

Survivors include one son, Albert, of rural Taylorville; two daughters, Mrs. Ona Salsberry and Mrs. Rachel Hammon, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; 26 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Connoley Funeral Home.

Burial was in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
