Michael Biondi was the only child of Elizabeth and Frank Biondi. He grew up in Rochester's Most Precious Blood parish, attended Holy Family grammar school and, after attending The Aquinas Institute, joined the Basilian Fathers. He was ordained to the priesthood on June 29, 1951. Fr. Biondi went on to become a beloved teacher, coach and school administrator at Aquinas, his alma mater, where he served for nearly a quarter of a century. He died of cancer while visiting friends in Utica, NY.
