Age 72, daughter of Ada Hopkins Douglas.
Joanne graduated from North East High School in 1960, and returned to her hometown in 2005, after many years away. Joanne was previously married to Steve Muscarella, whose Air Force career took her to many locations. Most of the years she lived in Tucson, Joanne worked for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), serving as Secretary to the General Manager, as well as in HR and Accounting. Joanne loved to watch PBS on televison, listen to music, dance, read, paint, photograph sunsets, and write poetry.
She is survived by her mother; brother, John Eugene Douglas (Christine); sons, Stephen P. (Deborah) and Lee E. (Shannon); grandsons; and many relatives and friends important to her heart.
Interment will be at North East Cemetery.
