Frances Cooper dies of Injuries.

*A 22-year-old Narrows woman, Va., woman was fatally injured and three others were seriously injured in a car accident near Rich Creek, Va., yesterday in Giles County's first traffic fatality in more than 14 months.

Frances Cooper died at 7:45 p.m. from internal injuries sustained in a truck-car collision about 1:00 a.m. yesterday on US 460 about one-quarter mile east of Rich Creek.

Francis was the daughter of Walter C. "Pete" Cooper and Bertha May Gautier.
