Lawrence Dale Dixon passed away after a short illness at the Veteran's Hospital. He was 81. Lawrence was born to Selby O. and Zola Irene Cloward Dixon. He married Quetta Openshaw on Sep 15, 1942. They were later divorced. He then married Elizabeth Gaylor on Dec 25, 1974. They were later divorced. Lawrence felt that the Ranch life was his idea of the good life. After leaving the ranch, he worked as a welder and mechanic for various construction companies throughout Nevada. He always said he could weld anything but "The Crack of Dawn or a Broken Heart". He is survived by his children, Sherrie Woodland of Roosevelt, UT; Larry of Fallon, NV; Chris (Dee) of Wells, NV; two sisters, Marilyn Perkins of Salt Lake City; Janice Bringhust of Spanish Fork, UT; 11 grandchildren and none great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a infant daughter, Kim; his parents, a sister, Phyllis Waggoner; a brother, Keith Dixon and two grandsons.
