He was born September 25, 1972, in Royal Oak, Michigan, to Kenneth and Diane Garlock Bendele, who survive in Ottoville.
Mr. Bendele was a bartender at Millie's Cafe, Ottoville. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville. He was a 1991 graduate of Ottoville High School. He was a NASCAR fan.
Survivors also include two brothers. Neil Bendele and Kurt Bendele, both of Ottoville; two sisters, Amy (Dairl) Evans of Wooster and Heather Bendele of Plant City, Fla; paternal Bendele grandmother, Thelma Bendele of Ottoville; and maternal grandparents, Edward and Jean Garlock of Ottoville.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Hubert Bendele.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Ottoville. The Rev. Tony Borgia will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Ottoville.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Today at Kolkmeyer-Helmkamp-Orians Funeral Home, Ottoville, where a parish wake service will be held at 7 p.m.
