Sandra (Sandy) A. Thomas, age 59, of 1907 25th Street, Two Rivers, WI died unexpectedly Saturday morning, June 6, 2015 at her residence.
Sandy was born August 11, 1955 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Wilber and Joyce (Blahnik) Carter. She graduated with the Class of 1973 from a Green Bay, WI high school. On August 15, 1992 she married Terry Thomas at Lake Hilbert, WI. In her younger life, Sandy was very involved with the Salvation Army of Manitowoc, donating many hours of work.
Survivors include her husband: Terry Thomas, Two Rivers; one daughter: Robin King, Two Rivers; one son and daughter-in-law: Lamar & Angie Blindauer, Green Bay; six grandchildren: Brandon, Jared, Molly, Jason, Landon and Leigha; one step daughter: Sarah Goodwin, Janesville; two step sons: Billy Jack McCoy, Florence, WI; Christopher Thomas, Big Bear, CA; one sister and brother-in-law: Rose & Chris Collins, Charleston, OR; one brother and sister-in-law: Dennis & Julie Carter, Two Rivers; special niece and nephews: Justin, Joseph, Jessica and Jonathan; cousins, other relatives and special friends: Darlene & Gordy Miller, Two Rivers; Tony & Karen Ruelle, Two Rivers; Theresa & Butch Ruelle, Manitowoc; and Sandy's four legged kids; Lacey, Lilly & Isabelle. She was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother-in-law: William & Delores Thomas; and her best four legged friend Libby.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2015 at The Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th Street, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be Lts. Jeff and Terri Olson of the Salvation Army with burial to follow services at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.
