Jennie attended Edison School and graduated from Lawrence Park High School in 1941. In 1943, she traveled with a friend to California, where she met the love-of-her-life, Mac (Harold MacLean Wittmaak). On October 22, 1944, they were married in Ripley and began their married life in Cherry Point, N.C., where Mac was stationed in the Marines. In 1953, they moved to Erie (Millcreek) and bought a house. Jennie worked several years at the AAA as bookkeeper and was very active in TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly), where she held various office positions over the years. Jennie attended Belle Valley Presbyterian Church. She loved reading and "old" movies and music and crafts.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, David, sister, Kathleen, and stepson, David.
She is survived by her four sons, James (Tammy) of Cambridge Springs, Donald (Bonnie) of Findley Lake, John (Teresa) of Cambridge Springs, and Richard (Lisa) of Cambridge Springs. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jim and Don Caddis, and one sister, Fran Davis, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Burial be at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
