Ellers Mortuary Main St. Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.Adeline was a neighbor when I was growing up. I was around 12 yrs old. I remember the day her family moved into the neighborhood and I went over there to see if there was anything I could do to help. That was the start of a life long friendship. I ended up being her daughters babysitter. Adeline ended up being more like a mother to me then a neighbor. When I would have something at school that was suppose to be a mother daughter time. She is the one that went with me. My own birth mother would always find a reason to not go. I'm very thankful for the wonderful time we had together.

I can remember the time the family that lived across the street from them one of the young kids got in the car and shifted it out of park and it rolled backwards right into Adeline's house and stopped halfway into the living room and it took out the fish aquarium on the way before it stopped.

Also, from week to week we'd never know what color the top front of her hair would be. I remember he being fond of purple and she wore it a lot. She would also use green. I don't know what got her started doing that and why she ever stopped but she would always find some way to put a smile on our face.

She is dearly missed.
