William Flaherty is a Merchant who is Indentured to Hugh Flaherty in the NB Land Record Book marked Book I Page 417 on July 9 1827. William is described as a Merchant of the City of St John. Two years later we find William a Merchant getting married to the daughter of James Brown. The relationship of William to Hugh is not revealed in these annoucnements but they do have contact with one another.
