Billy Dean Randolph, 79, died Saturday, June 13, 2015 in Borger. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Bunavista Baptist Church with Pastor Conny Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Billy was born December 25, 1935 in Romona, Oklahoma in Washington County to Harry Lea Randolph and Ida Opal Hill Randolph. He graduated from Avant, OK High School in 1953 and attended Central State College in Edmond, OK. Billy proudly served in the U. S. Army as an X-ray and Medical Technician, he was honorably discharged in 1964. He then worked for Phillips Petroleum Co. as Measurement Technician for 35 years. He served as a volunteer at the Hutchinson County Museum for a number of years. He was named volunteer of the year in 2014.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Loretta June Long and brother Donald Gene Randolph.

Billy is survived by his wife Janice, his son Dean Randolph and his wife Sherry of Canyon, TX, his two sisters Thessa Lea Northcutt and husband Bill of Tulsa, OK and Blanche Hudson and husband Lloyd of Avant, OK, his stepchildren Ronnie Alford and wife Angela of Borger, Ginger DeLaune and husband Lee of Orange Grove, TX, Lorie Harrelson and husband Brad of Amarillo, Denise Hilburn of Artesia, NM, Danny Hilburn, Dianna Jones of Skellytown and Denice Scruggs. His grandchildren; Jett Randolph, Brandy Johnson, Amanda Bazan, Marcus Cantrell, Christin Hall, Kim Johnson, Nikki Scott, Elisabeth Andrew, Kara, Nacole, Michael and Candy and five great grandkids.

The family requests memorials be made to the Hutchinson County Museum, 618 Main St., Borger, TX 79007 or the Bunavista Baptist Church.
