Wounded in the thigh by a Rifle Musket Ball October 19, 1864 and Had His Leg Amputated On The Battlefield.
Admitted to Patterson Park U.S.A. General Hospital At Baltimore, Md.,October 23,1864 as a Patient For Diphtheria.


Died November 26,1864 At 10Pm.
