JOHN FEUERSTEIN

From Der Nord Westen, 24 Dec. 1903: (From the correspondent in Two Rivers, 21 Dec.)
John Feuerstein died during Tues. night and was buried Fri. morning from the
Catholic Church. The deceased, who leaves a host of friends here, was only
*7 (disturbed type; could be either 27 or 37). He was an excellent fisherman
who worked hard and owned a gasoline powered boat and many nets. His business
was worth $1,400. He was unmarried but had recently become engaged to a fine
girl. It is said he left no will so his estate will certainly go to his parents.
He was the eldest of 7 children and in addition to his parents is survived by 5
brothers and one sister.
